None of us have all the answers and we all love the fact that we are always learning. We share knowledge and skills internally with opportunities for each team member to develop their practice. For a small team, the Pure Leapfrog team is known for punching above its weight.
We do this by developing deep and lasting partnerships with a strong network of well aligned external organisaitons.

There is something special about being a member of the Leapfrog family. An alumnus of previous staff, trustees and volunteers remain connected in a very heartfelt and sincere way, even once they have left.
Previous leaders remain in touch, and supportive of, the current team; checking in, making sure everyone is well and that the organisation is thriving. We meet alumni at events and conferences and there is always a bond.
