Innovation for a sustainable future
From Community Energy to Domestic Retrofit- we create the models and structures that make ambitious projects deliverable
We work where others see boundaries. While many organisations focus on single sectors, we operate across interconnected systems – understanding that the most effective solutions often happen at the intersections.
Our ‘system of systems’ approach means we can design solutions that use inputs from one area to meet needs in another. For example, connecting community energy projects to carbon finance, or linking retrofit programmes to social impact funding.
This cross-cutting perspective lets us identify opportunities that others might miss. We develop business models, technologies, and financing mechanisms specifically designed for community-owned organisations, creating cascading positive impacts across multiple areas.
